Namoh Curry Sauce derives from the authentic Makhani sauce, which is used to make Chicken Tikka Massala, Butter Chicken and many other dishes.
The sauce is a beautiful and well balanced flavour and combination of slow cooked caramelised onion, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, mixed spices and herbs. The sauce is slowly cooked and the richness of the Cashews nuts give it the creaminess.
This sauce is perfect with Chicken, Turkey, seafood, Chickpeas, Veg, Paneer...
