Delicious baked, roasted, mashed, in curries and stews made into chips or raw in your juice!
Roast them whole in their edible skin until they are soft and and easily mashed then simply split them and pour chilli con carne over the top for a delicious healthy mid week dinner.
Cut them into wedges smother them with salt olive oil and rosemary and roast... YUM!
