Spring Onion Chicken Tikka Masala with Namoh Curry Sauce

I love this recipe as it gives a simple way to make delicious chicken tikka, which I add to pitta as a quick weekday meal or a super delicious curry! All I have to do is to remember to marinate the chicken in the wonderful Namoh sauce… #easyaspie #YUM


2 Chicken breast or 4 chicken thighs (Skinless)
Crushed peppercorn (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
1 tsp Paprika Powder
1 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
2 tbsp Single Cream
1 Jar of Namoh Curry Sauce
1 sprig of fresh Coriander
4 sprigs of Spring onion


  1. Cut the chicken into large bite size pieces and sprinkle with paprika, salt & pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken with 2 large table spoon of Namoh Curry sauce & natural yoghurt and leave it for couple of hours.
  3. Roast the marinated chicken in oven or under a hot grill until cooked through at 180’C for 20 minutes - You can choose to enjoy the chicken as it is!
  4. Add oil in a pan and cook the spring onion lightly, add rest of the Namoh Curry Sauce to the pan and gently bring it to simmer for few minutes, add the cooked chicken and toss into the sauce.
  5. Add 2 table spoon of cream, simmer and mix together.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve with rice, naan bread, croissant or baguettes.
